Acid Neutraliser, also known as Soda Ash and Sodium Carbonate, is a highly effective acid neutralised which effervesces CO2 gas.
To use, simply add the powder to the acidic solution, you’ll notice a reaction immediately as the solution starts to effervesce or ‘fizz’. As long as the solution is still fizzing then the Acid Neutraliser is still working, once the fizzing stops, the solution has been neutralised will no longer be acidic.
If you have any doubts that the solution is fully neutralised then you can use pH papers to test the pH level, these are available to buy here.
