Sodium Percabonate is known by many different names, including sodium carbonate peroxide, green bleach, oxygen bleach and percarbonate of soda.
It is a white, crystaline powder with excellent cleaning and bleaching properties, all of this without the environmental hazards which come with using traditional bleach (sodium hypochlorite).
Sodium Percarbonate is a compound of sodium carbonate and hydrogen peroxide which, when dissolved in water rapidly releases a large amount of oxygen, giving it powerful cleaning capabilities, the compound itself will then breakdown to water, oxygen and sodium carbonate.
As it is such a powerful material, which is not harmful to the environment, it is used in a variety of cleaning applications, including laundry, walls, kitchen surfaces, brewery equipment, terracota, UPVC, upholstery and carpets and much, much more.
